Oh! My almighty god,
What do I see, so much pain in the world
Where you let me and others breathe.
Ages have gone, time has passed,
But what is it that degraded status alas,
Of the humanity, of the man,
Of this world, of the whole human clan,
Kindness renounced
for covet,
Greed daggered the poise,
Poor became poorer and rich the richer smiles,
One reduced to victim and other onslaughts to joy,
The pain of one becomes a reason for other to rise.
No matters who dies or who get hurts,
This power to rule blinded men to subvert,
The established faith, the purer norms,
Where altruism won
over the wicked and wrong.
Love ruled a man and
hate preserved for evil,
Joy happened to virtue
and immoral failed.
It’s just an old
saying, to the future it does not beholds,
Man dissipated
himself and sold his soul.
To treachery and debauchery,
To gyp, dirt and witchery
Present is worse than past,
Does future holds more misery?
Wonder strikes my
heart
I fear for man and
this land,
Is this the world that you had planned?
Still,
Hope engulfs in my heart,
For a better off humane world,
Where corruption and selfish love,
Surrenders to goodness of this earth.
Thy name is Ishwar, thy name is Allah
No matter how powerful a man is,
He is inferior to your strength Insha'Allah.
Give the man a part
of your wisest brain,
To fight this
vicious and destructive rage,
Only your power is
the mightiest sword,
A sword of virtue
and truth,
That preserves this
humanity as a precious hoard.
Only you propose
love,
To this world as a
gift,
We believe in you
and your strength,
And hope to get
through this rift,
Make us wiser, give
us brain,
To fight this evil
and be more humane.
Oh! My almighty god,
What do I see, so much pain in the world
Where you let me and others breathe.
